Timothy Hill

Timothy (better known as Tim) is an Apprentice Solicitor currently working in our Commercial Property department and is based in Cambridge House. Prior to joining Hansells in 2023, Tim worked as a Paralegal in Residential Conveyancing for 2 years.

Tim is adept at handling purchases and sales of commercial property, as well as drafting and advising on leases. He has experience in assisting property developers and has knowledge of the intricacies of the effect legislation relating to charities has on property transactions.

Having graduated from the University of Reading with a BA in Ancient History in 2020, Tim then earned an MA in Law from The University of Law in 2021. He is now a Graduate Solicitor Apprentice, undertaking a course provided by BPP to prepare for the SQE. Tim hopes to qualify as a solicitor in the autumn of 2027.

Tim is the founder of the firms’ Book Club. He enjoys cooking for family and friends, trying out new restaurants, trips to the theatre, and watching films, whether that be new releases or timeless classics.
