Natalie Smith
Natalie Smith is an Associate Solicitor specialising in Employment Law for both individuals and businesses. Natalie qualified as a Solicitor in May 2020, having already worked for several years as a paralegal at a Norfolk firm.
Natalie graduated from Anglian Ruskin with a 2:1 (Hons) Law Degree and completed her LPC at BBP in Cambridge part time, whilst continuing to gain valuable legal experience in full time employment.
She is experienced in representing clients (both claimant and respondent) in the Employment Tribunal, providing strategic day-to-day HR advice to businesses, Contract and Policy drafting, advising on settlement agreements, and navigating grievance and disciplinary procedures. Natalie is known for her proactive and pragmatic approach to disputes.
Natalie is based in our Norwich office at Cambridge House and works Monday – Thursday.
In her spare time, Natalie enjoys spending time with her two little boys, reading books, and travelling.
