Morgan Lungley

Morgan is a Commercial Property Solicitor who qualified in May 2024. She advises both individuals and businesses on a wide range of commercial property matters. Her work includes general landlord and tenant transactions, lease transactions (such as assignments, variations, renewals and surrenders), along with the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold commercial property. She also has experience in dealing with licences, commercial refinancing, and transactions involving agricultural land.

Morgan has particular expertise in advising on the security of tenure provisions under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, providing clear and practical guidance and advice tailored to each client’s needs.

Outside of work, Morgan enjoys trying out new restaurants, travelling, and relaxing with true‑crime and drama series/documentaries.
