Leanne Griffen
Leanne is an experienced HR Director with over 20 years’ experience working within the legal sector. She qualified as a CILEx lawyer in 2009, initially practising family law before going on to support families in securing NHS Continuing Care funding.
In 2016, driven by a strong interest in people and organisational development, Leanne transitioned into a dedicated HR role. She is now HR Director at Hansells, where she oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle across the business, providing strategic and operational HR leadership.
Alongside her internal role, Leanne also provides practical, commercially focused HR advice to external clients, supporting them with a wide range of employment and people-management issues. Her background in law, combined with extensive HR experience, enables her to offer clear, compliant and pragmatic guidance tailored to each organisation’s needs.
In 2025, Leanne strengthened her professional expertise by completing the CIPD Advanced Diploma. This reinforced her commitment to best practice and continuous professional development.
