Leanne Griffen

Leanne is the Legal Director in the HR/Operations Manager, dealing with all aspects of the employee lifecycle as well as ensuring the smooth running of the Office at Cambridge House, where she is based, and the county offices.

Leanne has worked in the legal industry since 2002. She qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Legal Executives (CILEx) in 2009 and practiced as a family lawyer for many years. Later in her career, Leanne developed her area of practice to include advising and representing clients in NHS Continuing Healthcare funding disputes. Leanne successfully recovered over £4 million in retrospective funding for the clients she represented. In 2016, Leanne followed her passion for people and moved into an HR/Office Management role. She has never looked back!

In her spare time, Leanne enjoys travel and spending time with family and friends. She is an avid fan of true crime literature/documentaries.
