Harriet Rossi is a Property Litigation Solicitor specialising in residential and commercial property disputes. She advises landlords, tenants, homeowners, landowners and businesses on a wide range of contentious property matters, delivering practical and commercially focused solutions.

Harriet has experience assisting clients with disputes involving property ownership, occupation and use, helping them navigate complex legal issues with clear and straightforward advice.

Harriet trained with a respected North Norfolk law firm and qualified as a Solicitor in September 2020. Prior to entering the legal profession, she studied English and French Studies at the University of Birmingham and spent several years teaching abroad.

Outside of work, Harriet enjoys travelling and spending time with her husband and two children.

Harriet regularly advises clients across Norfolk and East Anglia on property litigation matters, including boundary disputes, rights of way disputes, adverse possession claims, landlord and tenant disputes and TOLATA claims.
