Daniel Firman
Daniel joined Hansells in April 2019 and has since progressed to the role of IT Manager | Associate.
Daniel leads a broad range of IT across the firm, supporting day‑to‑day operations while driving continual improvement. He shapes the firm’s IT strategy, oversees infrastructure and systems, and works with key partners to deliver and maintain a secure and forward‑thinking technology environment. His role plays a key part in enabling the firm’s growth and ensuring technology continues to meet the needs of the business.
Based at Cambridge House but supporting all offices across the county, Daniel takes a hands‑on approach alongside providing strategic direction, working closely with teams throughout the firm. He is also proud to be Hansells’ first non‑legal Associate, recognising his significant contribution.
Outside of work, Daniel enjoys watching and playing sport, spending time with family, and is an avid tennis fan.
