Chloe Edwards is a Solicitor and CEDR accredited Mediator specialising in dispute resolution and litigation. Chloe graduated from Oxford Brookes university with a 1st (Hons) Law Degree and completed the LLM in Legal Practice at London Metropolitan University, attaining a distinction. She has large-scale experience in Franchise Disputes comprising misrepresentation, exit and termination, and intellectual property issues. Her qualification as CEDR Mediator not only permits her to accept mediation appointments from either in person or legally represented parties on a broad range of disputes, but also marks her out as a Solicitor well versed in recognising the importance of pragmatic and proportionate advice required for resolving disputes, whether for private individuals or corporate clients.
