How to make a data protection complaint

You do not have to use the complaint form — you can raise your complaint in whichever way is most convenient for you.

What happens next

  • We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days
  • We may need to verify your identity before progressing the complaint
  • We will investigate the issue and keep you updated
  • We will inform you of the outcome and any action taken
