Sue Lloyd

Based in our North Walsham office, Sue Lloyd is a Senior Associate in our Residential Conveyancing Team at Hansells Solicitors. She joined the firm in 2017 and is known for her specialist expertise in residential property law, particularly in shared ownership conveyancing and affordable housing transactions.

Sue advises clients on all aspects of residential property conveyancing, including the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold homes, transfers of equity, voluntary first registrations with HM Land Registry, re-mortgages, and Right to Buy purchases. She is especially experienced in handling shared ownership staircasing, initial purchases, and resale transactions.

With many years of experience in the field, Sue is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx) and is widely recognised for her practical advice, attention to detail, and commitment to client care.
