Miranda Punter is an Associate Solicitor within our Commercial Team, bringing over 16 years of extensive commercial expertise. Her experience spans roles in leading international financial services and marine services companies, within private practice, and as a specialised commercial contract consultant.

Miranda specialises in advising on a wide range of business-to-business contracts, including supply agreements, service agreements, distribution agreements, subcontractor agreements, licencing agreements, and media production agreements. She also provides expertise in drafting and negotiating sponsorship agreements and offers specialist knowledge in trademark law, assisting businesses in securing and protecting their intellectual property portfolios.

Additionally, Miranda offers comprehensive services in reviewing and drafting website terms, cookies, privacy policies, and compliance advice, including obligations under the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
