Deividas Kivyta

Deividas (‘Dav’) Kivyta is a Solicitor in the Dispute Resolution and Wills, Trusts, and Lifetime Planning teams at our Norwich office.

Dav joined Hansells in 2021 as a Paralegal and started his training contract in 2022, qualifying into Dispute Resolution and Wills, Trusts, and Lifetime Planning teams in September 2024.

He takes pride in building strong, lasting relationships with clients, helping them navigate often sensitive and complex legal issues with empathy and professionalism.  He advises on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters, with a focus on:

• • Preparation of Wills / Lasting Powers of Attorney
  • Inheritance tax planning;
  • Estate Administration
  • Probate and Inheritance claims

Outside of work, Dav is an avid Manchester United supporter and enjoys exploring new destinations through travel. He’s also a keen sports person focusing on football and running, most recently running the London and Norfolk marathons.
