Sometimes, because of ill health, or simply because of growing older, it becomes difficult or impractical to look after your affairs or those of someone close to you. Don’t worry, because when you can’t manage, Hansells can.
A Deputy is a legally appointed person to manage the affairs of someone who is no longer able to do so. We can make the necessary arrangements to ensure the appointment is properly made and that the Deputy is fully aware of their accountability to the Court of Protection.
If there isn’t anyone suitable or willing, we can help. Hansells has fully qualified professional Deputies available to act for you.
