Hansells Employment team provides comprehensive legal advice and assistance on all employment related issues from recruitment through to termination and beyond. Where disputes arise, we are on hand to guide you through the Employment Tribunal or Court process and deal with the claim on your behalf. The Employment division comes under the wider umbrella of the Dispute Resolution Department, bringing to it the more diverse experience and expertise of the firm's litigators
